Thank you for your interest in our project of keeping our playgrounds safe and clean.

The current Corona Virus makes it even more important to keep our playgrounds clean.

We are still in the process of gathering sponsors and volunteers.

As we found out that the playgrounds in our local neighborhoods are supposedly cared for by the Parks and Recreation maintenance crews. BUT THEY DO NOT SANITIZE ANY play structures themselves.

We hope to have substantial interest in people wanting to volunteer as well as … companies wanting to sponsor their local playground.

After many city council meetings as well as neighborhood associations the decision was made to eventually make this a 501C Charity with volunteers having their supplies provided.

We hope there is plenty of interest to help pay for products and some labor to get the structures cleaned on a consistent basis in trade for advertising the sponsors on or near the neighborhood playground equipment they adopt.

Individuals or Groups will adopt there local neighborhood playground and then support a volunteer to commit to a “once a week” sanitation schedule.

Even if it is just one play structure to clean they will get a plaque on or near the structure letting the public know who is sanitizing it as well as the name of the sponsor.

This works out great for some moms as they are there playing already. All non bleach cleaning supplies will be provided.
